Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.  We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds on food items.​

Crème De La Freeze is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or products affected by improper storage after delivery.

Orders that are shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.​
