Shipping Policy
Crème De La Freeze currently ships throughout most of Canada. At this time, we do not ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut. Some remote or rural locations may be unavailable or subject to additional shipping charges.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, special events, or periods of high order volume.
To help ensure chocolate products arrive in the best possible condition, temperature-sensitive orders are generally shipped Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed later in the week may be held until the next shipping day to reduce the risk of weekend transit delays.
During warmer months, insulated packaging and cooling materials may be used when deemed necessary. While every effort is made to protect temperature-sensitive products during transit, Crème De La Freeze cannot guarantee products will arrive without softening or melting due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Chocolate products that soften during transit remain safe to consume.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or charged at the applicable flat rate selected by Crème De La Freeze. Orders are shipped with tracking whenever available, and tracking information will be provided once an order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Crème De La Freeze is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
